Kevin is consistently attentive – always focused on me, correcting my form, and making sure I take exercises to exhaustion.  He thoroughly demonstrated and explained each exercise as well as the benefits. Every question I asked, whether it was diet, health or exercise technique, was answered completely and in a clean and concise way.  His knowledge of physical fitness and health has helped me overcome my weight issues and avoid injury.
