After taking the classes for a few months I decided to train one on one with Kevin. Since we began personal training sessions I have noticed a dramatic difference in my body shape and muscle tone. He is extremely knowledgeable and always keeps the workout challenging, yet fun. Kevin stresses the importance of correct form and core strength. He knows what my goals are and continually challenges me with different exercises. I can't believe I actually have toned abs after having two children! Kevin provides just the right amount of motivation. With his help, I am able to push myself a bit more to go beyond what I think I can do. Each day, I gain more confidence in my abilities. Kevin is professional and authentic, he truly cares about his clients.
